2021 Preview:
The Lion return 5 starters on offense and 5 on defense from a squad that was 5-4 and was the 4th seed out of region 7-4A The Lions return a bunch of 2 way players that will have an impact during the 2021 season. Key players such as upcoming Junior WR/Safety Kameron Edge returns. Upcoming Sophomore Ty Brewer will be back after a very solid Freshman season. Upcoming Junior Athlete Vicari Swain will be another key player to keep an eye out for.
NwGA Football Take:
The Lions will have the task of replacing the 2nd leading rusher in NwGa, Narada Levett, who averaged 171 yards a game for the Lions in 2020. A lot of very good young talent on the Lions and they might be a year away from competing for the Region Title.
Prediction: 3rd in 7AAAA; The trip to Tunnel Hill will be a huge game for the Lions, potentially for a home playoff game.
