Mt. Zion traveled to Columbus on Thursday night to take on Jordan. The Eagles jumped out to a 40-0 lead after the 1st quarter and eventually won 53-0 to move to 3-0 on the season.

Bowdon Red Devils shutout rival Bremen 35-0 on the road to move to 2-1 and hold the #5 overall ranking in A D2.

Christian Heritage played the #11 Class A Div 1 Darlington Tigers close for 3 quarters Friday before letting the score get out of hand late. They moved to 1-2 on the season.

This Week:

Mt. Zion and Christian Heritage are both off.

Bowdon goes on the road as underdogs to Tattnall Square who is the #1 ranked team GIAA AAAA. Tattnall has a big win (64-37) over Athens Christian and lost to #3 ranked D2 Schley County 28-21 the 1st week of the Season. Tough road test for the Red Devils.
